How Many Of You Have Had EQ Testing

Being ADD/ADHD presents a unique challenge for us when “using emotions” which can be characterized as our ability to harness emotions to facilitate various cognitive activities, such as thinking and problem solving. An emotionally intelligent person can capitalize fully upon his or her changing moods in order to best fit the task at hand.  Which I for one know can be difficult.
